Tuna Salad Recipe

This weekend while up in Westchester DSG and I whipped up an easy and delicious version of tuna salad.  Not the regular version with just some mayo and celery this was a 5 star version and just as easy and there's lots of ways to change it up.

Here's what you'll need:

Tuna
Mayo
Salt and Pepper to season
Dried Fruit - my favorites are apricots or mangos
'Crunchy' fruit - like an apple
Veggie - carrots, celery etc.
Nuts (chopped or slivered) - almonds, walnuts etc. pick your favorite
Use as much or a little of each as you want - mix together and serve on a hard roll or bed of lettuce.
There you have it a super easy and healthy lunch :)
